Lars Boom is ready for another cyclocross season. He’ll ride a few cx races this winter season in the kit of Charles. Five have been added to his schedule so far with a few more to be confirmed in December. Last weekend, Boom finished second at the Dutch National Championships MTB Marathon.

Lars Boom has swapped his road bike for an off-road one. He ended his road season last week after the Omloop van het Houtland in Lichtervelde, where Jan-Willem van Schip grabbed an excelent 4th place. This past weekend, Boom participated at the Dutch National Championships MTB Marathon in Eijsden. He finished second after 110 km, securing a silver medal.

In the coming weeks, there are already five cyclocross races on Boom’s programme. A few more will probably be added in December. On Saturday, October 5, Boom can be seen in action for the first time this cyclocross season in the Charles outfit, at the Ethias Cross in Meulebeke. Also on his schedule are Kruibeke (October 12), Gieten (October 13), Ardooie (October 17) and Woerden (October 22).
